Societe Generale appoints Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Asia Pacific

Based in Hong Kong, he will report regionally to Stephanie Clement de Givry, Head of Global Banking and Advisory for Asia Pacific, and globally to Patrick Perreault and Juan Manuel Ramirez, Global Co-Heads of Mergers & Acquisitions.

In this role, Pei Shen will lead the Bank's Mergers & Acquisitions franchise across Asia Pacific, overseeing complex cross-border deals and strategic advisory assignments. In close collaboration with the Bank’s Industry Groups, he will be responsible for driving the origination and execution of M&A transactions that support Societe Generale’s strategic priorities across the Asia Pacific and global banking footprint.
