Societe Generale has been named “Global ESG Project Finance House of the Year,” “Africa Project Finance House of the Year,” and “Japan Project Finance House of the Year” at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Finance Awards 2026.
The Asset highlights that Societe Generale “has positioned itself as one of the key players in the green transition in Europe and globally,” underscoring the breadth of our work on landmark transactions across sectors and geographies.
The publication also points to the Group’s strong momentum in sustainable finance, noting that it has already “achieved its aim of contributing €300 billion to sustainable finance over 2022-2025 ahead of schedule,” and has since set a “new target of contributing €500 billion to sustainable finance between 2024 and 2030.”
