Societe Generale Corporate Foundation for Solidarity
Since it was founded in 2006, the aim of the Societe Generale Corporate Foundation for Solidarity has been to support public interest initiatives that help foster social solidarity. The Foundation has been active in the field of professional integration especially by helping young people to get into work and by fighting illiteracy.

In 2015, the Societe Generale Foundation for Corporate Solidarity is widening its scope to include education. In 2015 and 2016, the Societe Generale Foundation has chosen to support charities that use sports and/or cultural activities to promote education and inclusion of people in difficulty.

These actions take a wide variety of forms, adapted to the beneficiaries' needs. Career advice for young people, training, help in finding employment or obtaining a diploma, back-to-work projects and companies, programs using sport or culture to tackle failure to complete schooling, presenting the world of business, and guidance from volunteers are just some of the ways of effectively ensuring sustainable integration!

In a difficult economic context, now more than ever, the Foundation is involved in fighting against inequality. With an annual capital of over 2 million euros, the Foundation supports around a hundred projects every year. The Foundation is active in France and abroad, in the countries within Societe Generale's footprint.
