Returnship Programme in Asia Pacific

Programme overview
The Returnship programme is a 6-month paid contract designed for talent looking to re-integrate into the workforce and develop their skills.

As soon as you arrive, you will be integrated into our teams and will work on meaningful missions to help build the bank of tomorrow. 

You will join a diverse and inclusive environment, where we foster a corporate spirit based on entrepreneurship, innovation and responsibility, enabling you to develop yourself and unleash your full potential. 

The programme includes a tailored onboarding journey with training, mentoring and networking events as well as various advantages embedded in Societe Generale’s culture (work-life balance, work from home policy, time off and other benefits).

Upon completion, the programme can lead to the possibility to join Societe Generale’s teams permanently.

Duration
6 months starting in early 2022. 

Location 
The programme includes opportunities across our Asia Pacific locations. 

Who are we looking for? 
Applications are opened to individuals who:

  • have been out of the workforce for more than 2 years;
  • have minimum 8 years relevant professional experience prior to the break;
  • show relevant technical skills to the ones advertised on the programme’s description;
  • demonstrate qualities and values of Commitment, Responsibility, Team Spirit, Innovation and Client Centricity.

We are recruiting experts in Technology and Operations, Human Resources, Compliance, Audit and Risk, Global Markets, Investment Banking and Advisory, Credit Risk, Finance, Communication, and Legal.
