Training and Development

Societe Generale in Asia Pacific runs a diverse and comprehensive Training & Development programme, using a wide variety of methods and tools to develop your professional, managerial and personal skills and competencies. Methods include classroom training, individual coaching and mentoring, job rotation, external programmes and seminars, e-learning and many, many more.

Induction programme for new-joiners
A dedicated programme for new joiners will help you to better understand your new working environment, our organisation and our businesses and functions, also giving you an opportunity to meet new colleagues and expand your network within the organisation.

CEO Club
Our CEO Club in Asia Pacific is a group of 8 to 10 strategic talents or key employees from different functions and business lines, who work together over a period of 10 to 12 months on subjects that are strategic for Societe Generale in the region. The CEO Club is sponsored by our CEO for Asia Pacific, and strongly supported by the Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

Mentoring Programme
Our mentoring program is designed to enable motivated employees to develop leadership skills, to assume additional responsibilities and to gain visibility in the organisation.

Coaching
Societe Generale regards coaching as a key driver for individual and team development and performance. We use coaching to enhance behavioural competences, strengthen managerial abilities, develop strategies or manage work-load more effectively.

Professional Certification
We offer a range of Professional Certification trainings, preparing you for certification exams that will recognise your expertise internationally, enhancing your employability and career prospects. Options include for instance Project Management Professional (PMP) training, as well as various Six Sigma trainings.
